Weberation! I love it! It just goes to show yo9u how different generations have new and interesting methods and/or venues for social interaction.Where in our generation, social interaction centered around watching TV or listen to the radio or hanging out under the street lamp with the guys, today you have 2.0. It is still a world impacted by electroic media whether TV and/or radio or the computer it is a technology which is an extension of the central nervous system-McLuhan!
My friend and I were recently talking about the prevalence of technology in our day to day lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Societal concerns aside... I just hope that as memory becomes cheaper, the possibility of copying our memories onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's one of the things I really wish I could encounter in my lifetime.(Posted on Nintendo DS running r4i dsi DS OperaMod)
